"Rather than ban women, Let's empower them and motivate them to grow" - Akon on Rahama Sadau

Top Kannywood actress, Rahama Sadau has been invited , by filmmaker Jeta Amata and music star Akon, to visit the set of their new film in Hollywood - Los Angeles, California. (read here)

Rahama was earlier expelled from the Hausa film industry by the Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria after featuring in a romantic musical video.  Akon however took to his IG page today to stand for her and state that women should be empowered and motivated to grow. see more tweets after the cut.
