ReplyDeleteThe African leadership price by the Mo Ibrahim foundation should be converted to a price in a competition to determine which African country has the most corrupt rulers. The foundation should then use the price money to build something that will be directly beneficial to the poor people of the winning country. Suggestions include: Build vast housing estates and distribute the units freely to the very poor and homeless people; sponsor indigent students on full scholarships; set up farming communities in which the farmers are joint owners\shareholders or build wind turbines to supply power to the very poor communities.etc
