Rochas is a complete failure. At 54, he fails to figure out his left from his right. Owerri, the capital of lmo State is so terribly dirty. Someone posted photos of Douglas Road on Facebook today and the comments from followers was unanimous to the effect that Rochas is a failure. May God hasten his exit, which should also be his last, and provide lmo with a committed level headed person to steer it back to light after the dark years of Rochas. I pray. Amen

I passed through Ikeduru to Mbano last Friday and Immediately after the rains, the flood on that road could carry a grown man... Cars kept getting stuck... What about PHC-Owerri road, It seems like the guy works 10 meters per year. Rochas, The people of Imo state need you to work and not to talk and smile. We understand that you have a way with words but for real, who e epp? Douglas is an eyesore, so-what if the court doesn't let you move the market, what's up with shifting the market in a bit and working on that road. And the tunnels that you are re-working? You need a decade to get that done? What kind of Governor are you? No conscience at all
