Photo: Can anyone identify this woman? She collapsed near a school in Markurdi, Benue State

According to Betty Ngukoson, the woman pictured slumped at her school in Makurdi earlier today. She was rushed to Benue State Teaching Hospital but could not be identified as she has no ID on her. See her post below:
"This lady collapsed by my school at Inikpi Street High Level Makurdi! She looked like she was going to buy something because she had N20.00 in her hand. I have rushed her to the Teaching Hospital Makurdi but there is no ID on her. Please kindly share so that if someone knows her they could come to Teaching Hospital. You could also call me on 081-642-468-77.
