Another video of me...lol. I loved the feedback from the last one and I've decided to do more of these videos - to entertain and uplift you. So check this one out, I shot it at my new office yesterday. Hope, once again, that it touches you in a good way! Enjoy...and happy Holidays!

Exactly when do you expect to reach profitability? Do you even have a plan for that? you spent too much too fast. You're going to lose sooooo much money it's ridiculous! You're entering a very competitive market under the erroneous notion that slapping the Linda Ikeji brand on it will instantly make it successful. I dont know how to tell you that it wont. What are you going to bring to the table? What's your hook? What's special about linda ikeji tv or radio and why should I care?
Has any part of you even considered that you might fail at this venture? How long do you intend for your blog to fund your linda ikeji brand? It's not feasible. Eventually, Linda ikeji media needs to be a self sufficient business in a little while.
Advertisers will not flock to your media branches if they are not popular regardless of how popular your blog. Needless to say, you will invariably use your blog to advertise Linda Ikeja Media, but just advertising is honestly not enough to keep people coming back. Bearing in mind that you may lose readers who get sick of seeing you desperately trying to plug your failing business in order to shore up it's popularity.
I wish you the best Linda, but you should have gotten some advice before you jumped head first into this.
p.s. Why does the music studio share the same room as the radio station? Are people going to be recording hot tracks in the same room as OAPs broadcasting live?
Stop dis now! Just Stopppppppppp pls. Speak life into dis biz no matter wot u tink uve learnt in skool. How on earth do u tink she doesn't hav financial advisers et al. Is it easy to spend dis kinda moni without research? Plus biz is a risk and u either win or lose. She has choosed to win and she definately will. My only other comment would be to separate the music studio from the radio station. What happens when you are having a sober, reflective radio session and a loud music production is taking place at the same time?
I am a music producer and sound engineer and at least have an idea.

Hello Linda, in all of this video it was that last smile and wave and look and swag. Lol. Great work. But one thing, isn't that TV at the end of your office not too far from your desk? I currently have 3 PC screens in front of me all day (and at least 2 for many years), I did not appreciate how wonderful the eyes are until I started using glasses. All these screens cause strain on the eyes, as I learnt. You may want to consider moving it closer to you somehow, as I guess you need to be on top of TV news items.

Sincerely great environment but as for my candid professional advise it can't be stated here cos some media non entity will use that oppurtuniy to yarb there bros..am not trying to be an EP but if this was shot professionally then I need email you for some professional advice before you get ready for the media main stream..NB.. Don't think am looking for job that is why am stating this as a professional that has been in the industry for the past 11 years and 8 good years of those years were spent working for media company outside the shores of Nigeria and Linda ikeji is one of our source of gist and news back home...I don't have your email but you can email me at everlyvailable@yahoo.com for some free professional advise on how to make your next video broadcast better...whatever Linda touches should be Gold and the media aspect should not be excluded

Hi Linda great job you have done so far big UP's to you..I observed something and I'll love to share it with hopes that you'd do something about it.The problem is you cannot have a music production studio and a radio broadcasting studio in the same room because the sounds from the speakers are going to affect what is been broadcasted on radio if a production session and broadcasting session happen to be going on at the same time ..So i advice you get a new set of mixers and speakers for the radio broadcasting and move the music studio to another room entirely or you could relocate the broadcasting studio, take the equipment for the music studio and get a new one for them .I would advice you get a bigger Yamaha monitor speaker for the music studio maybe Hs8 would do because the smaller version which you've got there Hs5 is really not meant for a professional engineering studio..I am a music producer/sound engineer also a presenter and actor and you could reach me on I.g @Extremebeatz or email @itznine11@gmail.com if you require more clarification on anything and its totally free. I'll also be watching out to know how i could apply to work as a producer in your firm cause i think its a very good platform to achieve what I'm set out for thanks and have a great day.

Great moves. I like your energy and passion associated with this new drive. I think its advisable to separate the Audio studio from the Radio studio. There's a lot about Audio studio installation. The space, equipment, the light, arrangements and the environment/aesthetics are factors when combined together guarantees good creativity or mars it. Music no be beans o! One would have to be in the right frame of mind to create.
All in all, you've done well for yourself. Keep the inspiration coming. Many are getting blessed and kicked out of their slumber of negativity and retrogression.

Lovely video. I am inspired but I have a professional observation. I have worked with MTV base and Fox US. I am sure u planned this shoot properly for a week. You had 2 camera men, gaffers, sound guy, producer and director. That's about 6 people on the project including the editor. This production could have been better. You should let me work for you and put my 10yrs experience to use for you. The market is competitive and you need a guru to help you make money through good TV productions. ReplyDeleteHello Linda, in all of this video it was that last smile and wave and look and swag. Lol. Great work. But one thing, isn't that TV at the end of your office not too far from your desk? I currently have 3 PC screens in front of me all day (and at least 2 for many years), I did not appreciate how wonderful the eyes are until I started using glasses. All these screens cause strain on the eyes, as I learnt. You may want to consider moving it closer to you somehow, as I guess you need to be on top of TV news items.

ReplyDeleteHi Linda great job you have done so far big UP's to you..I observed something and I'll love to share it with hopes that you'd do something about it.The problem is you cannot have a music production studio and a radio broadcasting studio in the same room because the sounds from the speakers are going to affect what is been broadcasted on radio if a production session and broadcasting session happen to be going on at the same time ..So i advice you get a new set of mixers and speakers for the radio broadcasting and move the music studio to another room entirely or you could relocate the broadcasting studio, take the equipment for the music studio and get a new one for them .I would advice you get a bigger Yamaha monitor speaker for the music studio maybe Hs8 would do because the smaller version which you've got there Hs5 is really not meant for a professional engineering studio..I am a music producer/sound engineer also a presenter and actor and you could reach me on I.g @Extremebeatz or email @itznine11@gmail.com if you require more clarification on anything and its totally free. I'll also be watching out to know how i could apply to work as a producer in your firm cause i think its a very good platform to achieve what I'm set out for thanks and have a great day.

ReplyDeleteI think its advisable to separate the Audio studio from the Radio studio.
There's a lot about Audio studio installation. The space, equipment, the light, arrangements and the environment/aesthetics are
factors when combined together guarantees good creativity or mars it. Music no be beans o! One would have to be in the right frame of mind to create.
All in all, you've done well for yourself. Keep the inspiration coming. Many are getting blessed and kicked out of their slumber of negativity and retrogression.

You had 2 camera men, gaffers, sound guy, producer and director. That's about 6 people on the project including the editor. This production could have been better. You should let me work for you and put my 10yrs experience to use for you. The market is competitive and you need a guru to help you make money through good TV productions.
