With regards to childbirth in the US, we have received many calls from US visa applicants that their US visa renewal applications were denied and they want to know how we can help them. So, here is what you need to know so you don’t get into this situation.There are two main scenarios; the first is; applicants who apply for a US visa for the purpose of giving birth in the US but lie during the interview. So, if you tell them No and get the visa, fly to the US and give birth less than nine months after issue date; they will know! Believe it or not. During your renewal application process, expect a call from the embassy inviting you for an interview. After a couple of questions and revelations, what do you think will be the verdict? You guessed right, you’re denied.

This is not true.The only way you are denied is when you didn't pay for the childbirth or medical bill.Even when you go for renewal,they do not always call for an interview,they could do a random check to call some people but as long as you have proof that you footed all your medical bills,you will not be denied.Most of the US hospital will not request for payment before arrival.When you get to the port of entry in the US,just tell them you came to give birth even if that was not the vase when you did the interview.They will ask how much you have on you and as long as you can show them ,they will allow you into the US.
