Twitter user narrates how her cousin used her university school fees to sow seed...

The twitter user gave a full narration of how her cousin used her school fees which is about 13000 pounds to sow a seed of faith, and how her mother went back to the church to demand for the money back. See the rest of the tweets after the cut.

    4. It is Christ Embassy that emphasizes on sowing of seed not Adeboye or Oyedepo. They dont force you. They only advise you. But if the money is meant for something like school fees, house rent, nepa bill etc. You are not supposed to sow such seeds. You should only sow seeds that are reasonable because by sowing your rent money, you are suffering your landlord and by sowing your school fees, you are suffering your parents and your education. So seed offering should be reasonable. It is not a do or die thing. It is not a must. It is a choice. My opinion!

    5. But the parents are foolish if you ask me because they should have paid into the school's account directly and collect a receipt and give the receipt to their daughter instead if handing over £13,000 to their daughter. If you give your child his school fees to pay by himself, there is every tendency that he might be tempted to eat the money. Money can be very tempting sometimes even when you know it is not your money.

    1. Please no body is against seed sowing but endeavour to do it with your hard earned money ooo that money wey she use no be her money o cos if she suffer get 13000 pounds she no go give am out like that so I call her selfish! Secondly I prefer personal seed sowing. Help that neighbour that is hungry, give to those that can't thank you, give to those who have no one. Even when you don't have money like this girl sow by offering to be cleaning the church, manning kids in church, even doing your house chores without complaint. It must not be money or in this case your parents money cos if they had soon seeds like you just did without care you might be on the street begging for arm or you won't even think of school talk more of abrod school. Let's appreciate our parents biko!

  16. That seed will definitely yield fruit! No seed that is wasted as long as it was from her heart she will have a great testimony very soon she should just make sure she doesn't start to regret her action because of the pressure around her. God cannot be mocked! He will show up for her! Amen!

    1. It is a lie! If the Holy Spirit does not direct you, u just dashed a pastor money for more flamboyance. The money wasn't hers to sow. She carried out an act of disobedience by using her school fees to sow seed. Most pastors, are scammers and business Pple. Go through the scriptures and point out how many times our Lord Jesus Christ and his disciples asked for seed before healing or praying for those in need. The churches in Nigeria have succeeded in taking people's minds and spirits away from God's word. All they ask for is money through scams in the name of seed sowing before God heals, blesses or delivers you. How many people help the needy in the society? The sick at hospitals, widows, orphans etc. It all goes to the church. Yet there is so much suffering. The greed from fake pastors are so much. What has the church ever done for its members except promises and declarations of miracles from God which is SUBJECT to your faith and seed! So just in case their prophesy does not come to pass it was all ur fault! You didn't exercise enough faith, u didn't sow a big seed. Who is the fool. God won't answer you or be intimidated into performing a miracle because he is not mocked! He is fully aware that for all that have been deceived failed to read and study His word which is the Bible. God won't send fire from heaven to consume fake pastors that are all about money and fake prophesies. Go and be deceived if u want to. After all God believes so much in free will. So do as you like. Give ur rent and all your money to that fake pastor to buy more luxurious items. He won't help u. Read ur bible and ask the Holy Spirit for understanding. If your bible study revolves around what ur pastor is saying. Well u deserve all that comes your way.

    2. God cannot be mocked Indeed...How can you sow a seed with money that is not yours to give. She diverted money meant for another purpose, possibly lied to her folks. Tainted offering.

    4. I can't believe how brainwashed people are! How can a normal, right thinking person wake up and say "she did the right thing"?? Money your parents sweated for to send you to school ,you went to one human being in the name of sewing seed! What rubbish!!!!

  17. No one saw a seed of faith without been rewarded by God.She did the right thing and you will be living witness when she comes back to share her testimonies. God bless you my dear don't be discouraged.

  19. Brainwashed peeps everywhere. Going to church but won't read their bibles. Those lepers that Jesus healed, did they sow any seed before they were healed? It was after their healing that Jesus raised eye brows when they did not return to give thanks.
It is only when you don't give thanks for a prayer answered that it is bad not when you don't sow seed to have your prayers answered.
I see people giving up their January salaries in the name of first seed or whatever but they are in no way better dan me that never does that. Follow ur Bible not the motivational speeches of scammers who are bent on rendering you koboless if you allow them.
That is how one of them churches published name of their members that don't pay tithe. Is it their job to do that? Is that not the height of greediness nd intimidation all rolled into one? Weda you pay or not, is left for God to judge not man.

  38. I am a christian & its so unfortunate what our pastors have become.
So many lies, all in the name of God? My question to my people is this? CAN GOD BE BRIBED?
A song writer sang a song, "Everything I have he gave. What I have, He already has!
There is no place in the bible where God said 'Give your school fees as seed, that's fanaticism. Unfortunately, that is what our pastors preach these days
I have seen a pastor come into my store & issue a church cheque to buy luxury- his exact word, let me eat from my sweat. The money they collect are notGod's money byt their 'sweat'
All said, your tithe & offering is compulsory. Anything outside that is "fanaticism"

  39. Our problem is always religion! Am not saying we shouldn't have faith, I am also not saying we shouldn't give to God, oh no... All am saying is, 'using your school fees to sow seed is an act of stupidness'. God just provided your fees and you used it for something else. What happens to when Jesus was tempted in the wilderness? He told Devil that thou shouldn't put your God into test. This babe was actually testing her God. God love a cheerful giver not a foolish giver.

  40. I know most people will make comments about the girl but the real issue here is the so called pastor or church that received such an amount without asking where she got it from or the purpose of the money.Even if she lied to the church. The church should act responsibly by contacting the parent or a guardian first . Guess what , that is never going to happen because the church is greedy and solely attached to riches and I wonder how many unknown cases are out there about churches accepting chunks of money like that without even verifying. I don't blame them , most of their followers think a man of God deserves to be filthily rich buy driving the latest of cars , jets and other goodies of life without moderation at all. Yet they keep sowing seeds and tithes gotten from their sweats even in this time of recession . REVOLUTIONARY PROGRAMMING.
