Rapper Lil Wayne re-assures fans he's OK after posting 'suicidal' tweet

Looks like rapper Lil Wayne is in a very bad place in his life at the moment. Weeks after he dropped his mic and walked off stage during a performance, he took to Twitter yesterday to leave a cryptic tweet that sounded suicidal after lawyers representing him in his lawsuit with Birdman and Cash Money Records, quit. Wayne is suing Birdman for $30m.

After he began to trend worldwide following his tweet, he sent out another tweet re-assuring his fans he's okay. See that after the cut...

    Lil Wayne went on Twitter to say he feels “defenseless” and “mentally defeated”, as well as to say he loves us fans but he’s done with music aka he is going to retire. Mack Maine even mentioned Mr. Carter isn’t the quitting type and he loves us fans too much to leave. Wayne‘s daughter Reginae also confirmed he wouldn’t be going nowhere. Even In related news, Rick Ross offered to buy out Lil Wayne‘s contract from Cash Money and make him a Maybach Music Group artist, Lupe Fiasco called Wayne an inspiration for pushing every other rapper to do better, Missy Elliott said she is praying for him, and Chance The Rapper reminded him that nothing and no one in this world can defeat him.
