Drunk Driving: Man crashes his car into a tree in Lagos state

An unidentified man who drove on the streets of Lagos while drunk in the early hours of Saturday morning, crashed his car into a tree. According to the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), their unit towed the damaged car to his house around 4am. More photos from the scene after the cut.

    LASEMA towed the car to his house!???Isn't drunk driving a crime? Shouldn't the guy be in jail and his car impounded?? He could have killed someone while drunk !!
