    1. Northerners are too wicked. So because of ordinary food, they beat up a man till he landed in hospital? Sad

    1. Seems most Nigerian critics are fearful & selfish. They criticize for self recognition when it's safe & hide when they are most needed cos it's not safe.

  9. I dont blame him. His crime is actually not telling the owner. When a man is hungry he does what he forbade.

Edo people are not blind. Tell us Iyamu was P.A tell us he was SSG to Lucky Igbinedion, tell us crap but we know what we want. We detest unpatriotic, ruthless, disrespectfu and deceitful governance. A government in the end who is no different from he accused predecessor.

Vote Osagie Ize Iyamu Vote PDP Edo State Sept.10

  12. This shows how barbaric some segments of our population are. Man wen never eat, he nor go survive? He didn't steal money or property but food. David's men in the Bible took food that didn't belong to them because of hunger. So personally to me, this teacher didnt commit any crime. The people that committed the crime are the useless so called elected politicians that have robbed the nigeria people of their future. Like Ben Bruce posted, NO MATTER HOW BIG THE HAMMER, YOU CANT POUND COMMON SENSE INTO THE HEADS OF STUPID PEOPLE

  13. Why Must a teacher be beaten up for mere stealing of food, just to quench hunger, it's suppose to be a pitiable state for that teacher , Turaki help that teacher out

  14. Adamawa and other state governments owing salaries of workers should be held responsible for this type of ugly incident. The irony of this assault is that the cost of medical treatment of the victim will far exceed the cost of the allegedly stolen food items. Petty stealing of this nature will surely be on the increase. I advise teachers to look for alternative means of livelihood or come together to start private coaching for a fee. Meanwhile, let the Nigeria Police investigate the criminal conduct of the mob and ensure that justice is done. I will also like to support the victim with some token if he forwards his bank account details and his phone no to me when he recovers.

  16. Why must they beat a teacher instead of showing compassion to him? It's unfortunate the state government should compensate that teacher and pay him damages

I knew a lecturer turn cab driver during a long ASU strike once. He didn't steal to eat. Perhaps Linda can get more info about d man and we can give our widows mite.. Pls Linda.

  32. Buhari wan kill everybody for Naija abi? I left that country because I was feeling sick of the govt nothing was just working compare to before. To be frank in as far as I dont support corruption, sincerely I prefer it than this hunger strike because even if you steal the govt money you are still going to throw it around and the economy will still blossom. I knew apc was an expensive govt and they can't rule Nigeria successfully. look at lagos living there is a war because most people, quote or leave it can't build a one bedroom flat throughout their work for years because why, the economy of lagos is booming but very expensive to live in. That is the trend now. But they forget you cant rule Nigeria like Lagos it will fail. Let the leaders think.
