Not only is Oshiomole paying regularly, minimum wage in Edo is 25k. On the other hand it is Governor okowa who is owing 2months now despite the fact Delta State receives far higher allocation than Edo and he only pays 18k minimum wage anyway 2) I am from Delta, I live in warri but when I want to fly, I prefer flying from Benin airport because Warri airport is hopeless 3) Roads in benin constructed by Oshiomole in the last 8 years are more and far better than all the roads constructed in Delta since 1999. If Delta state had Oshiomole as governor I know where we would be now

Local government or federal govt pay local govt workers' salaries depending on if they have federal allocation. It is also the federal government that pays NYSC corp members. Oshiomole is only responsible for Benin city. Each local govt generates its own revenue just like Benin city generates its own. Go and get some education. Dull brain!
