Graphic content: A baby is the sole survivor of a fatal accident in Enugu State

According to Abia Facts Newspaper, the fatal accident occurred five hours ago hours ago at Udi LGA of Enugu State. The vehicle belonging to Royal Mass Transit somersaulted several times. All the occupants died except the baby pictured held by a passerby. More photos after the cut.

  11. Lord have mercy!! FRSC has to impose seat belt rules for all occupants of a vehicle, not only for driver. At least to minimize injuries and death occurrences

  14. its a pity. i was in Udi district hospital when a NEMA officer and 4 road safety officials rushed 3 adults to the facility but sadly they died after few minutes. May their souls RIP. Avoid speeding and reckless driving

    When an aeroplane crashes (God forbid) the government/political leaders run from pillar to post. Citizens for daily on the roads. Can we tell ourselves this sad truth? This is our collective failure. Some vehicles should be in the dustbin. No matter our arguments. Commercial drivers mostly are speeding lunatics.70 kmph.speed limit and Nigerians will curse. What is wrong with us???

  45. I am not saying we should not use small buses, but if there is another alternative of bigger buses, pls use it. The small bus drivers are always speeding. This and majority of Accidents are caused by over speeding. GOD HAVE MERCY. RIP
