A LIB reader sent in the photos and wrote;
"I reside in the bwari area local government of dawaki-dutse road. Along the road is a waste dump site and its increasing and covering the road at an alarming rate. It is also becoming a health hazard for us living there. My house is close to the site and the smell and sight is disturbing. There is no AEPB waste vehicle operating that route thereby the only waste disposals are the local (Mai bola boys) who pick up waste from residents and thereby go to the road and dump it. Kindly help us look into this as we're Abuja residents and we are also concerned please for the sake of our health, and our families"

ReplyDeleteAn environment that's supposed to be touristic with the hills around it and this is what humans prefer to live with. Must we always wait for the government for everything? Even change of diapers should be a government's responsibility too then.
