Photos: Suspected militants attack two communities in Ikorodu, 5 people killed

At least 5 people have been killed after suspected militants attacked members of Igbolomu and Ishawo communities in Ikorodu Local Government Area of Lagos State.‎ According to residents of the communities, the gunmen came in through a water channel yesterday June 23rd and immediately started shooting sporadically. Some members of the community have fled their homes for safety. More photos after the cut.

  15. They have killed more than 5 people o. 5 hausas and 7 yorubas. They are Ijaw bunkering guys that don't have money due to the embargo placed on oil bunkering in those areas. People are leaving their houses to go and stay with relatives in while those that don't have relatives are going to hotels. What will happen to those that can afford it. Ambode please do something fast o
