DV Movie Theater.com - The new online global theatre makes its debut!

Are you looking for where you can watch African movies at a very affordable price? Introducing DV Movie Theatre www.dvmovietheater.com – the new theater that operates as any physical Movie Theater anywhere in the world but this is situated online. It is a pay per view channel but unlike other such channels it does not stock pile old movies for rent but rather premieres only brand new films not released anywhere else (apart from physical cinemas).

Independent producers with their works can upload for free on the website and enjoy a good opportunity to make much better returns from their investments and for their investors, by offering them a platform from which to reach the entire world of movie lovers. At DV MOVIE THEATER, registration is FREE, and there is no subscription.

Movie lovers all over the world enjoy the convenience of paying in their own national currency from any country, to watch new movie releases at the convenience of their homes, offices, and particularly on the go!

Producers can send in submissions through the submission page on the website. Speaking to the brain behind this innovative concept, Mr John Uche intimated that DV MOVIE THEATER was a God-given initiative, born out of his cry and passionate desire for a proper distribution platform for the African film maker particularly from Nollywood. Hear him:

‘African independent Producers have been so abused mentally, verbally and our copyright so terribly violated, that it takes a great deal of courage, passion, determination, boldness and hope to invest your personal money, or convince an investor to make meaningful investments in a Nollywood-produced film. That apart, producers receive paid pittance for the worldwide internet and TV rights of their hard work, which in turn leads to the low production quality and values. The re-emergence of the cinemas in Nigeria as well as past government intervention contributed to producers upgrading of the production values of films’.
