Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie receives Medal of Distinction from Barnard College, NYC

Award-winning Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie received Barnard College Medal of Distinction, the women college's highest honor, during its 124th Commencement ceremony on Tuesday, May 17, at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. The internationally acclaimed writer urged the graduates to "eat real food, be kind to themselves, read books", along with other useful advice. Watch the video after the cut...
