Kaymu.com.ng Launches the ‘Buy Naija, Grow the Naira’ Campaign

In a bid to contribute her own quota to the growth of the Nigerian economy, Kaymu.com.ng, launched ‘Buy Naija, Grow the Naira’ geared towards strengthening the naira by encouraging purchase of made-in-Nigeria goods before considering foreign alternatives. The campaign is expected to showcase many affordable Nigeria-made products on the Kaymu platform.

The leading online social marketplace in Nigeria- Kaymu- is committed to empowering Nigerians and building the Nigerian economy by providing the necessary tools and support to generate income for tens of thousands of sellers, while providing an avenue for buyers to access a diverse list of products at affordable rates.
The benefits of buying Nigerian-made products are diverse - to mention a few:

- Increase economic activity and grow GDP.
-  Support domestic manufacturers.
-  Create employment opportunities.
- Reduce demand for foreign currencies.
“The effect of the ‘Buy Naija,Grow the Naira’ campaign is to provide domestic businesses a spotlight on our site while promoting economic growth”, SefikBagdadioglu, MD, Kaymu Nigeria quoted. He further added that the Kaymu team will continue to support the growth of our seller community through various means during these difficult times while continuing to provide our buyers with the most affordable prices.
