  7. The FRSC operatives always see the horrid violations committed by these trailers and they turn a blind eye, but they would rather engage in the harassment of private car owners pursuing their legitimate means of livelihood.
    Meanwhile the Lagos State government has proved to be a toothless bulldog as far as these trailers are concerned. Official hypocrisy of the highest order.
