  10. No proper representation of the owners of the oil(South South). Tell me why Nigeria will survive beyond 2019 when we have some foolish Hausa people that only want the unity of Nigeria because the oil is from the south. Give the oil in the Niger Delta to the North and let the Niger Delta be a dry land, you will then know the true colour of the Hausa people. They will immediately call for a refrendom and divide Nigeria immediate. Southerners should learn to be wiser and be careful of Buhari and his fellow foolish fulani/hausa cows!

  19. Anon 9.52 I concur . He shared the so called heads mainly between his north and Yorubas. The main stake holders that is owners of the oil are not represented. Poor kachukwu minister of state, na Wah. It's like these people still believe we are still living in the 60s and 70s when they dribbled and used the NigerDeltans acquiring all the oil blocks and positioned their own in all the juicy post in NNPC. Buhari the earlier you realise that the awareness as regards these issues are extremely high now and people shouldn't be pushed to the wall the better.

  31. This administration is definitely clueless. Split a company into seven "independent" units makes sense when those units are truely independent. Is he trying compete with accounting firms why create finance and accounts as an independent entity or any of these units for that matter.
This seems like another move by people in power to steal money in this " no kwaruption" era. What happened to the single account for NNPC that he was singing some months back. That is obviously out the window. So how will an entity like finance and accounting generate revenue? Will they be charging the other units to maintain their books? Or it will be funded by money borrowed from the IMF.
This us just a waste of time and an avenue to give appointments to people with no real value added.

This is a good development by the President and the Minister of Petroleum but is this approach supported by the NNPC Act? or what happen to the NNPC Act?........I hope future administration will not see the development as being illegal and unconstitutional approach by the current administration. I just hope the due-process has been followed in this regards.
