Bill Gates Writes Bauchi Governor, Barr Mohammed Abubakar

Since his tenure began, the Bauchi state governor has been making strident efforts to eradicate polio and other diseases. The self-acclaimed chief marketing officer of Bauchi, who gave the ministry of health the second largest share of the Bauchi 2016 budget has always reiterated his commitment to the health sector and this has now earned him the commendation from the the world's richest man, Bill Gates.   3. Linda don't you know that Barrister is not a title? It's not apt for you to use Barr as a title for a legal practitioner. You should use Esq at the end of the lawyer's name.
    Peruse through the letter written by Bill Gates to the Governor and see the appropriate thing.
