Calculated as 80/4=20 [ where 20 is the number of leap years in her 80 years on earth] So therefore 80 - 20 = 60 . So in 2010 she is technically just 60 yrs old.
The question is very tacky though. The statement "she was just 60 in 2010" shows they had put something into consideration before determining her age in 2010

that is possible if its 2000BC and 2010BC where 2000BC > 2010BC but if u use the 2000AD and 2010AD(which is the conventional method of year counting now just that the AD is omitted) it will be wrong. In the BC era years are counted down while in the AD era the year are counted up. But in this case if BC is omitted as in our present date format which is actually 2016AD then thats a correct statement

It all depend on the calender you are using. Either the Romans(romulus) calender that has 10months or the gregorian calender that has 12 monthS.for 70 years, that means we are using the romulus calender in 2000 while for 60 years we are using the gregorian calender in 2010.
THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE. SHE MUST HAVE BEEN 60 YRS IN 2010 B.C AND 70YRS IN 2000 B.C. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW IS THAT YOU COUNT THE YEARS BACKWARDS IN THE B.C ERA. E.G IF THIS YEAR IS 2016, NEXT YEAR WILL BE 2015.
