President Buhari to depart for Saudi Arabia tomorrow

President Buhari will depart Nigeria for Saudi Arabia tomorrow February 22nd. A statement by the Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, states that President Buhari, who will be accompanied by a high-powered Federal Government delegation, including the Minister of State (Petroleum) and Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, (NNPC), Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, will first fly to Riyadyh for talks on Tuesday with King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and senior officials of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Ongoing efforts by Nigeria and other members of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to achieve greater stability in the price of crude oil exports are expected to be high on the agenda of discussions between President Buhari and the Saudi Monarch.

Crude oil prices and market stability will also be on the front burner when President Buhari goes on to Doha on Saturday for talks on Sunday with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. Buhari is also scheduled to meet with leading Saudi and Qatari businessmen in Riyadh and Doha, and invite them to support his administration’s efforts to revamp the Nigerian economy by taking advantage of the great investment opportunities currently available in Nigeria’s mining, agriculture, power supply, infrastructure, transportation, communications and other sectors.

President Buhari’s other engagements in Saudi Arabia include meetings with heads of international financial organisations and multilateral associations. Before going on to Doha, the President will also visit Medina and Mecca to pray for greater peace, prosperity and progress in Nigeria.

Usually people are retired at this age..not giving no the job of handling an entire country especially one as tumultuous as Nigeria. Pity the only choices we had were between him and that dumb ass nigga GEJ who fucked everything up for everyone cos most people would have voted in a rabid dog than him.

God punish Buhari for all his lies and deceit. Dollar rate is shockingly high, there's still traces of fuel scarcity. Everyday arrest this, arrest that, refund this, refund that, seize this, release that!!! Where are all the refunded money going to??? Buhari, Nigerians are not Fools.

    4. So your stupid ass would prefer that Jonathan who put us in this situation in the first place remain president right? See it's daft people like you that make up the majority of the Nigerian population that ensure that country will never make headway. Obviously you think the fact that a president opened up the treasury to every tom/dick/Harry to loot as they pleased would not have adverse results. We just experienced the highest pricing that world oil prices will ever attain..what should have signaled a period of unparalleled wealth for any normal country. As at the time GEJ left office our reserves should have been swollen to a point where it was ready to explode due to excessive cash. Yet the country is broke. They handed over an empty treasury. Now oil prices are down and will NEVER get that high again as there are now ample alternatives. We squandered away our most prosperous period. Not saying pmb is the savior..but anyone who mentions GEJ and presidency in the same sentence is either an idiot, an Ibo man, aretard, or a south south indigene which are basically all one and the same. You sir STERN should have been aborted.
