OAU produces Africa's first female professsor of Quantity Surveying

Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife has produced the first female professor of Quantity Surveying in Africa. She is Mrs Olubola Babalola.

  30. we need to shun this "first black person to do so and so." we need to hear about achievements that say "first person in the whole world." this is why Africa is far behind in terms of R&D. europeans started going to universities hundreds of years ago and most of these academic records we celebrate are nothing but trivial.
