For me, I believe its a murder scene, because of the blood stain on the wall, besides she use her right hand and was sitting on the stool, for suicide she has to face the mirror and as such the blood stain won't be on d wall, but for me I will say it's a suicide....

Facing the window, with a gun in the right hand and a cigarette in the left, if suicide, shooting using the right hand means the blood spatter would or should be anywhere to the left to at least 280 degrees. No way this person (the picture of dead person is not clear whether its a male or female victim) shooting with a right hand falls into that position facing forwards in an almost fetal position.
Assuming the deceased was sitting on that stool when the shot happened, as long as the gun is in the right hand after death, there's no possible position to justify the position of that blood spatter on the wall.
Even if this person turned his/her back to the wall and shot his/herself in the face ( a very situation in suicide cases as most either place the gun in the mouth - in which case the blood spatter will be all across the back wall and more will go upwards or as in most other cases the gun is placed to the side of the head, then we should expect to see the blood spatter either on the window or on the other side of that, of place under the chin, in which case the spatter should be more wide spread and should also show on the table and walls near to the spatter shown in the picture).
The position of the body on the floor, the position of the blood spatter, the deceased is holding the gun in the right hand and a cigarette in the left, there is no considerable scenario in which this person took this shot while sitted on that stool to then fall in that position (still clutching the cigarette) that corresponds to the position of the blood spatter.
Thus in my own humble amateur visual forensic analysis, the position of the body and the blood spatter leads me to conclude that this was not a suicide.

1. The Gun is in tight grip in her hands. If she shot herself that would not be the case. The only way that is [possible is it was placed there after she died.
2.. One slipper is missing, she could not have walked to that spot with one slipper on.
3. The position of the body indicates she was placed there. She could not have shot herself and be lying as if she was on her bed
4. The distance between the stool and the blood spatter also indicated murder. The blood spatter indicates she was up against the wall when she was shot. Had she killed herself in that position she would have slid down that wall. There would have been blood drawn down that wall as she slid down.If she was sitting on the stool when she shot herself as the picture will want you to believe, there would have been blood splatter all over the place covering the books, the cabinet, everywhere. That is not the case here.

The blood perttern shouldn't be on that wall if this was a suicide, gun is in the wrong hand for that, vik must have comitted suicide b4 if they did it with a smoke in one hand, lol nobody is that calm, a suicide vikz body should be slouched usually towards their gun. So this screams murder.
Clear case of suicide! A gun at hand with a head injury. Another clue is what appears to be a stick of cigarette at hand. Also note that the victim appeared to have taken a sit and blew himself/herself on the head. That's why you can see a tilted stool lying there.
(1)she apparently finished writing a note as seen on the counter (maybe a suicide note) and removed her spectacle before the incident.
(2) She shot her self with the right hand, causing the splash of blood near the window. When you shoot someone, the splashing of blood move in the direction apposite to the entry direction of the bullet. If she was shot by someone, the person must have walked in through the door and the blood stain wouldn't have been on the wall, rather on the floor in the direction of the shooter. This is so because if the shooter shot through the window, there should have been a bullet perforation on the window. Also, it will not be possible to argue on the contrary that the shooter may have walked over and stood near the window before shooting her to necessitate the stain near the window, as she would not have let that happen since she was armed; she would have challenged the shooter's move to come close to her let alone cross over the other side of the room.
(3)She shot herself apparently while sitting on the stool (likely after writing the note), causing the fall of the stool.
(4) Notice that she is still holding a cigarette while lying on the floor. If really she came under danger of an assassin, she would have let go of the cigarette immediately she faced danger to her life; she would have been more interested in defending herself and not smoking cigarette.
Finally, If I am to argue my case before an honorable court, I will need to visit the crime scene of speak to the investigation department in charge of the case. I need to know the bullet that was found in her after autopsy and check if it matches the one in her gun. Also, i will check if there was still an undischarged bullet in the gun's chamber(for reasons to long to state here). Finally i will request of a forensic analysis of the crime scene to check for fingerprint and DNA sample present in the crime scene. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteFacing the window, with a gun in the right hand and a cigarette in the left, if suicide, shooting using the right hand means the blood spatter would or should be anywhere to the left to at least 280 degrees. No way this person (the picture of dead person is not clear whether its a male or female victim) shooting with a right hand falls into that position facing forwards in an almost fetal position.
Assuming the deceased was sitting on that stool when the shot happened, as long as the gun is in the right hand after death, there's no possible position to justify the position of that blood spatter on the wall.
Even if this person turned his/her back to the wall and shot his/herself in the face ( a very situation in suicide cases as most either place the gun in the mouth - in which case the blood spatter will be all across the back wall and more will go upwards or as in most other cases the gun is placed to the side of the head, then we should expect to see the blood spatter either on the window or on the other side of that, of place under the chin, in which case the spatter should be more wide spread and should also show on the table and walls near to the spatter shown in the picture).
The position of the body on the floor, the position of the blood spatter, the deceased is holding the gun in the right hand and a cigarette in the left, there is no considerable scenario in which this person took this shot while sitted on that stool to then fall in that position (still clutching the cigarette) that corresponds to the position of the blood spatter.
Thus in my own humble amateur visual forensic analysis, the position of the body and the blood spatter leads me to conclude that this was not a suicide.

ReplyDeleteThe scene is mixed up. There's an alleged suicide note. If he wrote it himseelf, confirming it as a suicide note...he wrote it facing the mirror. Which means he did it then backed the mirror. Cos the blood splash on the wall wouldn't agree with us that he commited suicide facing the mirror.

There's a book and a pen on the table which shows that the victim must have been writing with her right hand and with the cigarette on her left hand.There's no how she could have shot herself and the blood will splash on the right hand side of the room, ten there's no how she could have shot herself and the gum wouldn't have fallen off her hand. So the murderer shot her and placed the gun in her hand to make it look like a suicide. Btwn the cigarette she's holding sef might be for the murderer cz it should have fallen off if she was smoking as at the time she was shot.

And his blood is on the picture frame at the right hand side probably by shooting himself but if you look closely, the gun is in his right hand while the cigarette is on the left. It's only when the gun is at his left hand will he shoot himself and make the blood marks on the right side of the room.

ReplyDelete1. The Gun is in tight grip in her hands. If she shot herself that would not be the case. The only way that is [possible is it was placed there after she died.
2.. One slipper is missing, she could not have walked to that spot with one slipper on.
3. The position of the body indicates she was placed there. She could not have shot herself and be lying as if she was on her bed
4. The distance between the stool and the blood spatter also indicated murder. The blood spatter indicates she was up against the wall when she was shot. Had she killed herself in that position she would have slid down that wall. There would have been blood drawn down that wall as she slid down.If she was sitting on the stool when she shot herself as the picture will want you to believe, there would have been blood splatter all over the place covering the books, the cabinet, everywhere. That is not the case here.
5. The can of coke and cigarettes indicates she was not alone
6. Those glasses are not feminine, there was a male there
7. She could not have shot herself with a stick of cigarette in between her fingers and even more drooped with it still in position

I think it's murder,reason being that her position on the floor doesn't match if it's suicide considering where d blood splash is. Another thing is d cigarette on her hands n the gun,the were placed there. ReplyDelete(1)she apparently finished writing a note as seen on the counter (maybe a suicide note) and removed her spectacle before the incident.
(2) She shot her self with the right hand, causing the splash of blood near the window. When you shoot someone, the splashing of blood move in the direction apposite to the entry direction of the bullet. If she was shot by someone, the person must have walked in through the door and the blood stain wouldn't have been on the wall, rather on the floor in the direction of the shooter. This is so because if the shooter shot through the window, there should have been a bullet perforation on the window. Also, it will not be possible to argue on the contrary that the shooter may have walked over and stood near the window before shooting her to necessitate the stain near the window, as she would not have let that happen since she was armed; she would have challenged the shooter's move to come close to her let alone cross over the other side of the room.
(3)She shot herself apparently while sitting on the stool (likely after writing the note), causing the fall of the stool.
(4) Notice that she is still holding a cigarette while lying on the floor. If really she came under danger of an assassin, she would have let go of the cigarette immediately she faced danger to her life; she would have been more interested in defending herself and not smoking cigarette.
Finally, If I am to argue my case before an honorable court, I will need to visit the crime scene of speak to the investigation department in charge of the case. I need to know the bullet that was found in her after autopsy and check if it matches the one in her gun. Also, i will check if there was still an undischarged bullet in the gun's chamber(for reasons to long to state here). Finally i will request of a forensic analysis of the crime scene to check for fingerprint and DNA sample present in the crime scene. Thanks.
In my opinion Linda its a murder cause ,looking at the ladys position lying,it seems she received the bullet from the opposite side which burst through her head and splashed on the wall. then the immature murderer put the gun in the opposite hand.
