Photos: Bureau De Change involved in $2.1bn Arms scandal will not be spared - Magu
Acting Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu, says that no Bureau De Change operator involved in the ongoing $2.1bn arms deal probe will be spared. Magu said this while speaking to Bureau de change operators who paid him a courtesy visit at his office in Abuja today January 6th.

How are the operators to know that money they handle is stolen? To be involved in changing such a large amount is quite an opportunity, I imagine they jumped at it. Business is business.
