“Olisa Metuh on the 5th day of January 2016 in Abuja within the jurisdiction of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory destroyed a document, to wit: a statement made under caution to investigators/operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on the 5th of January 2016, with the intention of preventing the same from being produced or used as evidence in a court of law.”Metuh pleaded not guilty to the accusation. The presiding judge, Justice Ishaq Bello, then granted him bail in the sum of N300m and two sureties in like sum. Justice Bello refused Metuh's counsel, Onyechi Ikpeazu's application to grant him bail on self recognition.

Now this president is joining hands with the Islamic countries to make nigeria borrow money in the Islamic Bond, thereby tying us to their dictates and Islamising nigeria. That is his sole purpose of running for president to Islamise nigeria but he won't succeed. Finally, all the majority of Nigerians that don't have common sense in voting APC and blaming PDP for all the ills in the society, Fayose has answered their question. Majority of the APC members today are former members of the PDP. So who is deceiving who?
