  11. The prime minister of Canada has constituted his cabinet barely weeks after inauguration. His ministers included 15male and 15 women. It included tribes from the minority and even a man on a wheelchair some in their 30's when they asked how and why he constituted his cabinet in this manner he simply said this is 2015. But in Nigeria 6 months after we are still where we are. And the youngest minister is more than 50.
