2016 Ugandan Presidential election is going to be interesting. Photo above shows women covering the road with clothes so people's favourite presidential candidate Amama Mbabazi couldd walk on clean ground. Media claims President Yoweni Museveni, who has been in power since 29 January 1986, is becoming jittery.
