He remains in Power till the Supreme Court of Appeal says otherwise, he has the right to appeal the tribunal decision within 21 days from Court of Appeal unto Supreme Court and he remains in power until the case is determined. check section 143(1) of The Electoral Act 2010. Judging by how things av been unfolding the past few weeks, its certain that the presidency and the APC re calling the shots at the tribunals. I know they can't get any of the south- south states, even if they conduct elections a thousand times, PDP will still win in these states because of their grass root political structure. Am not a member of the PDP neither am I in the APC but in all honesty, this is not how we want to see the change. Hear this: RIVERS, AKWA IBOM, and DELTA will still remain PDP states..
