Catering equipment(s) abandoned at the 'Air Side' close to the runway meant for local flights at MMIA in Lagos. Is this good? :-). Can FAAN do something about it? See an up close pic after the cut

      Someone probably tried to smuggle food off a planes and and to abandon when he was almost caught. Very dangerous stuff. Aviation manager needs to be held accountable.

    i will say it over again, our attitude in this country is begging for attention, security at our airports is porous, i dare anyone to say otherwise. we have just been lucky this terrorists havent gotten the finance to spread allover in Nigeria.

    you guys should all calm down. the area the cart is is not close to the runway. this is a service area where such things are carried thru to access different parts or the terminal buildings or maintenance sheds. and this particular spot is by the helicopters and private jets hanger - in no way a danger to incoming and outgoing flights.
