Appeal court to rule on Saraki's Code of Conduct tribunal case today

The appeal court will today rule on the suit filed by Bukola Saraki challenging the jurisdiction of the Code of Conduct Tribunal to try him on a 13 count of false asset declaration when he was governor of Kwara state. The court is expected to sit this morning.
