This ambode is an illiterate. What was built is a water works. Am an engineer and i know that simply saying borehole is to ridicule his predecessor. An industrial borehole is a deep well that could cost up to 12m for one, the nthe treatment plant and the reticulation. This is a mini water works. Why is Ambo misbehaving? No one is defending the indefensible but i find this nauseating and i think its time tell their asiwaju that the mandate belongs to the people by sending APC packing from lagos state. This be the project of every lagosian. Already, the decay of lagos has begun as the clueless am bode can't govern lagos properly. Insecurity has returned and rot is returning. BRF is a gift from God and such gifts are rare. Even other state governments took inspiration from this man, so why do we destroy our best out of jealousy.

Fashola did exceedingly well and spoke to issues that hitherto seemed surreal in the minds and actions of political office holders in the country and beyond. He did so with deft and finesse few persons of his calibre could muster.
Even the Americans know very well what corruption looks like and will not go vilifying the person and records of Fashola who handled the business of state firmly.
I for one did not benefit from Fashola directly but he delivered good governance to Lagos more than any government, military and civilian, I have experienced in a long time.

BRF performance is part of the yardstick the whole world use in accessing and grading AP. Part of the reason we have APC at the centre. Lagosians are good record keepers and good at comparison.

All I know is that the press report reads the monies spent followed due process and were approved by the Lagos state house of assembly. Also, as pointed out, it was not a mere borehole but was a mini-water work. Ambode should better be wary because a few years from now, he too will leave office and they would also probe his tenure. Also, boda Tinubu, which level na? better put your house in order. A house divided against itself cannot stand. If APC cannot present Fashola a credible candidate for a significant post during Buhari's tenure who then is worthy to occupy public office? remember that Fashola was one of your highest selling point in the entire south-west during your campaign o. tread carefully.
Wasn't Ambode the account general of Lagos state before he resigned in the third year of Fasholas second term? How was releasing money if the House of Representatives wasn't giving approval for all these projects? He forgot where he was coming from, if not for Fashola, this coconut head Governor wouldn't have been Governor today. Ambode thinks we have forgotten how he stole billions of Naira when he was the Accountant General/Per Sec of Lagos State and how Tinubu saved him from being hammered by virtue of his political avidity. He is an Ondo indigene who made himself a Governor of Lagos State.

Fashola, though is no saint can't be compared to, what I call ' the daylight robbery' done by some politicians. ReplyDeleteAll I know is that the press report reads the monies spent followed due process and were approved by the Lagos state house of assembly. Also, as pointed out, it was not a mere borehole but was a mini-water work.
ReplyDeleteAmbode should better be wary because a few years from now, he too will leave office and they would also probe his tenure.
Also, boda Tinubu, which level na? better put your house in order. A house divided against itself cannot stand. If APC cannot present Fashola a credible candidate for a significant post during Buhari's tenure who then is worthy to occupy public office? remember that Fashola was one of your highest selling point in the entire south-west during your campaign o. tread carefully.
Wasn't Ambode the account general of Lagos state before he resigned in the third year of Fasholas second term? How was releasing money if the House of Representatives wasn't giving approval for all these projects? Can we then say that BRF and Ambode were working together until Tinubu promised him a higher position. Maybe we have a corrupt governor now. I support Dogara on the scrap of godfatherism in Nigerian politics.
