    It's so obvious she isn't pregnant now. Look at the bump well.at 5 months ur navel wud show a bit considering that her nipples are showing under that dress. Compare NW pregancy with this 1 pple. Check her under bust and see she's wearing something.
    She's probably BN warned abt going under d knife again and the only wise thing to do is get a surrogate to carry her Next baby.

Even if she was watching her weight this time at least her face or feet will still give her away. Besides take a really good look at the up close picture with North!     5 months pregnant, carrying a big bag in one hand and a child in the other!! She must be a superwoman. Look at the way she bends to drop her daughter. My take...she is not pregnant.
