Collapsed signage needs urgent attention (photo)

This is a photo a collapsed signage attached to the Stadium bridge. It's visible on the way to Carter bridge via Ijora Olopa. This signage is in danger of falling on cars that drive under the bridge. Can it please be fixed or removed immediately to avoid accidents and casualties.

    ... Typical lack of maintenance; it wouldn't have gotten this bad is it was maintained.
    Imagine the speed at which cars will be passing thru it, for fear of falling on them.
