do we still have hawkers in ikoyi,na wa o,some of the developed and posh places in Lagos. you cannot see hawkers anymore on mobolaji bank anthony road in maryland (one of the best road)in Nigeria starting from maryland comprensive school/mr biggs down towards ikeja.

I can't believe this! It's called a hovercraft. It's amazing none of the previous commenters knows what it is. Although I must admit that it's not something people use in this part of the world everyday.
