Sallah celebration: Nigerian troops treated to Buffet in Damaturu
Nigerian troops stationed in Damaturu, Yobe state were today treated to a buffet by the Chief of Army Staff, Maj. Gen. Tukur Buratai and Gov Ibrahim Gaidam, who served them their meal, in celebration of Eid el-fitr.
People should see through th veil. That's not buffet. They're being handed food (stamps).IIt's only that the person serving them is a big man. Linda, look at the pictures very well before xgiving the headline
You are very correct seun.. I pray it won't be their last meal.. Can a meal replace proper gear and fire power against boko haram..will that big man be there when this soldiers r risking their lives defending Nigeria.

That's one good way to encourage our troops no matter the hierarchy these troops are first of all human beings and then brothers, sisters, parents, uncles before finally being Nigerians. I hope this continues and the new chief of Army staff is welfare oriented as well as performance driven
It's nice they were provided free lunch.what next? Will their salaries be increased. Will their families be compensentated should they die fighting boko haram.. Let's face facts we live in a country with no regard for human lives. The soldiers should be commended for their bravery. As far as I'm concerned they are more important than those Good for nothing ugly apes who sit in office thinking of how to line their pockets.. I pray your all nigerian security troops. Do not loose faith in a country that has turned it's back on its people. We need you and you are highly appreciated.
Aww that's is a nice one, Masha Allah.
