The job of a PA is not to give advice you dimwit. They're like a personal secretary. To make sure the president's daily agenda is kept on track and documented.
In America, PAs to dignitaries are in their mid 20s to Mid 30's. My boss always has them less than 30 and Its best they are not married as they have to be in the office sometimes till 9 pm. They also travel at short notice. They also burn out fast. They have the most energy to do that bag carrying and scheduling. This is a good thing. No need giving the position to a 60 yr old when there are able bodied young men.
I'm excited that the president has heeded the advice of Senator Bruce of appointing young people in to his government but I'm discouraged that nearly all his appointees to date are from the north!

A lot of our youths are really ignorant. See some here comparing PA to SA. I am not a fan of Buhari, but nothing wrong with this. A PA (personal assistant)is not there to advice but to organize you. It doesn't matter if he is 15 or 60, as long as the job gets done well. Also, this time, nothing wrong with it being a northerner. He needs someone he can communicate easily with. Nothing wrong here.
