    they are just an unserious bunch of jokers. I called around 11.30 to place an order and I was told it would be delivered within an hour. this is 3.16pm and my order has not been delivered. no one even bothered to call me to give me an update. you have definitely lost a good customer. Guess what? no one in my company will ever buy anything from you cos you lack good customer service.
