A lot of them there are not even from lagos, they came to lagos from a rural village or town in a neighbouring state and they talk of respect for their oba. The hard truth is that every cosmopolitan city or state in the world is developed by a concerted effort of the indigenous and foreigners alike.
If Lagos was left to lagosians alone it would not be what it is today, lagos is thriving today because it was chosen by our colonial masters as a capital and centre for trade in the region and as such attracted investments from all over the country and world, as every major firm/organisation etc seeks to be represented in the state, further contributing to its growth.

I worked for a Yoruba who clearly stated that the is no Weekend and Holiday work in our agreement papers which I jumped to accept. Fews weeks into the job, the man started complaining that I and "Uzor" do not work on weekends. We protested and Uzor got sacked. I sued the coy and left. Meanwhile our Yoruba colleagues avoided us cos we are "Stubborn" when we were fighting for them.

We are not a people to be intimidated. We always fight for what we feel should be right unlike the yorubas that end everything with "era sir" and that is why we have been tagged stubborn.
I worked for a Yoruba who clearly stated that the is no Weekend and Holiday work in our agreement papers which I jumped to accept. Fews weeks into the job, the man started complaining that I and "Uzor" do not work on weekends. We protested and Uzor got sacked. I sued the coy and left. 2. However, in our reactions to this issues, we have to check our own utterances to ensure that we are not even much more guilty of the bigotry, intolerance, ignorance and hatred that we are accusing others of.
3.From all the comments above, which over 90% are filled with name calling such as these fools, lazy, dirty, cockroches, stupid, bitches, fucks and so many other derogatory statements, it is sad to conclude that most of us are even worse than the people in the picture. Because if they are ignorant and illiterates as you call them WHAT IS OUR OWN EXCUSE FOR OUR HATRED?????????? We claim and want to believe that we are better than they are, are we really? What did they say what was our own reaction?

imagine, how cultural bias has eaten into the very souls of humans, forcing them to forget that before God there is no igbo, hausa or yoruba. its not just on the sweat of the yoruba man that Lagos has come to be what it is today. it is so embarassing. if you ask an American who are you? he would first say i am American before he tells you what state he is from. but here in Nigeria the normal greeting is are you yoruba, igbo or hausa? currently where i work we are 8 IGBOS TO 94 YORUBAS with 2 HAUSA. That is why nepotism is the order of the day..i am not on the side of peace.. i say attempt to kick us out let us watch you try...#Weak bigots
