We Lagosians will always remain grateful to Fashola, even as our roads have become death traps where fuel tankers fall everyday. Despite claiming to spend billions on rebuilding roads.     Its not about a new building......of course any new building will look nice. The key word is here is 'NEW'.

    What is critical is 'maintenance' . The culture of maintenance is critical. Show this same courtroom 2 yrs from now and lets see.
