Photos: Pres. Buhari leaves Mosque without a siren and long convoy

The guy who posted these photos on Twitter claims this black car was carrying president Buhari as he left the National Mosque in Abuja this afternoon after Jumaat prayers. There's only one other car driving beside his car; there's no siren or long convoy. If that is really him, then kudos to him. Not all these ones that will be causing traffic when they're moving around. See another photo after the cut...

    3. There was a full convoy on his return to the defence house. 6 motor bikes preceded the convoy as usual.
We were held for a few minutes at usuma street to allow the convoy so I saw it.

Anything he does that is new, is the clamoured change. So no need to award him accolades.

  9. Ofcourse that's the president, I can spot the Nigerian and armed forces flag on the car.
I'm not surprised, the defence house where the president is staying at the moment is quite open, you can drive on the road adjacent the house, no road blocks just few security men.

  41. PR

Its all pointless, but very clever propaganda that is primarily to influence and fool the Nigerian and international audience and further Buhari and Boko Haram's satanic agenda.

Instead of the pointless pr stunts, he needs to treat the VP of Nigeria as the VP of Nigeria, and not one of his backroom staffs. Bihari must realise that as civilian president, he's not a military ruler, and he's not in office to defend his Boko Haram soldiers or his fellow northerners that are the sponsors of Boko Haram.

Bihari should stop his pr stunts and deliver on his election promises. Bihari and APC deceived Nigerians to vote for him.

  42. buhari ko! abeg tag the mumu that sent you the pic! lemme slap him! just yesterday morning we were stopped at bolingo hotel junction for 20 minutes cus the so called buhari was passing in a convoy of almost 30 sumtyn cars

  43. i concur this story. I prayed at the same mosque...there was no use of siren...not up to 5 convoy cars. #change. sai baba

  44. From the flags flying on the front of the car, that's obviously president Buhari. I understand that he has nothing to hide, so he's just being simple. However, Nigeria needs him more than he needs himself, so I don't support this kind of too simple movement....except of course there are covert security motorcades attached to his convoy that we don't know.

    God Bless Nigeria.

  61. If the president is truly in that vehicle - I do not that is a risk as you expect such vehicle carrying the GCFR to have the highest Armour level to resist a rocket launched at close range.

Remember not long ago, he was attacked at close range by a suicide bomber that rammed into his convoy but came out unhurt.

He is fully aware as a former General of the security vulnerabilities.

Long convoy don't stop attacks, its the measures in place that cushions the effect.

  62. I commend His Simplicity

    ReplyDelete
  63. If dat was Buhari then he is beyond Stupid!

There is no modesty when it comes with security for a Head of State.

If he murd now na Osinbajo we vote for?

  64. Simplicity and humidity is key. President Buhari is a true example.

    ReplyDelete
  65. But he is not inside the car, the other day he was on his way back from d airport, flights about to take off were all grounded for him to land and leave, we waited for about 30 mins

    ReplyDelete
  67. But there are hundreds of security guards within the national mosque premises, i prayed there on friday.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Whether he goes with security or not, he cannot be assasinated in Jesus Name

    ReplyDelete
  69. He probably believes in God and prayers that's why he drove without security because he just finished prayers in the mosque. It is called FAITH

  70. Is it only billionaires that own that merc? Ugh!
