Introducing the World Trade Center Abuja…(photos)

For those of you who haven’t heard of the World Trade Center (WTC) Abuja, being developed by the Churchgate Group, this is an opportunity to get firsthand knowledge of a project that is already changing the skyline of Abuja and attracting global business to Nigeria. See the amazing photos of the residential show apartment after the cut...

A peek into the project reveals a master-planned, 8-tower complex made up of luxury residences, AAA offices, a five-star hotel and upscale shopping. The project offers unparallelled luxury and comfort to those seeking a lifestyle above the rest.

Each building within the WTC Abuja complex has been uniquely designed to appeal to global businesses that require premier services such as formal meeting space, topnotch security and the highest standard of interior finishes.

Construction of the WTC Abuja started a few years ago and is now at the completion stage of its Phase 1 which comprises the Commercial and Residential Towers.

The Residential Tower at the WTC Abuja features elegant 1 to 6 bedroom floor plans, with spacious balconies, concierge services, security, underground parking, tennis and squash courts, swimming pools, and a fitness center etc.  Aside from these there is an opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind Penthouse or a Pool Villa.

The Commercial Tower at the WTC, Abuja encompasses a fusion of efficiency and extravagance for the modern international businessman. Designed with ten traditional floors and three penthouse floors, the WTC offices tower aims to accommodate an industrially diverse work environment. With flexibility in mind, the offices can adjust to businesses of any size, ranging from 100 square meters to 1,440 square meters on a single floor plate.

Established in 1968, the Churchgate Group is Nigeria’s most visionary developer of luxury commercial and retail buildings and multi-family residential towers. With nearly a half-century of business success in Nigeria, the Churchgate Group has embarked on the most iconic real estate projects in Sub-Saharan Africa.

  24. My dear GEJ, I can still see your fingers on the wall. A man who has done much but choose to remain silent about them. This is a clear case of let my works speak for me.

Won't also fail to acknowledge the job you did on our refineries and very soon they will start operations.
