    Whatever, or however she was able to achieve this feat and taking herself off the risks of remaining obese, shows us that there are safe methods to achieving our dreams. I would rather we congratulate for taking the bold steps required to getting here from where she used to be.

    The procedures mentioned here by most comments aren't illegal; in fact, they have health benefits. They are procedures that have been perfected over the years, and just as CS doesn't remove the joy of motherhood, so also these procedures do not in any way remove the joy of success.
