Sorry,i beg to differ on the phrase useless hospital",what would they have done?no electricity and am sure most businesses run on generator and it's another thing if the fuel is available but costly,but,there is no fuel and even if u will manoeuvre to get, it will take some time and this won't help in emergency cases like child birth etc.

how sad...i lost a neighbour three weeks ago in the same manner.now the poor baby is at the mercy of some aunties i'm not even sure would take adequate care of d poor baby Honestly, i dont understand what is going on in dis country.
