Judge gives armed robbers light sentence because he feels 3year old victim is ‘racist’

A black judge in Kentucky has given two home invaders and armed robbers probation because he feels that their 3 year old white toddler/victim is 'racist' because in her victim statement the little girl said she is now afraid of black people after they broke into her home and threatened her with a gun.

Louisville Judge Olu Stevens attacked the tiny white toddler and her parents for their 'racism' calling the little girl’s statement 'disturbing' while at the same time excusing the actions of the criminals who traumatized her.

The judge was more upset at a little girl for being scared by armed robbers than he was at the armed robbers for committing a crime.

At the sentencing trial of one of the robbers, a victim’s impact statement written by the little girl’s mother was entered into evidence. The statement read in part,
“Whenever we are running errands, if we come across a black male, she holds me tight and begs me to leave. It has affected her friendships at school and our relationships with African-American friends.”
Then the judge attacked the little girl saying her statement disgusted him.

When one of the armed robber, Wallace was brought up for sentencing in Jefferson Circuit Court, it was the parents, not Wallace, who suffered Judge Olu Stevens’ wrath.

“I am offended, I am deeply offended that they would be victimized by an individual and express some kind of fear of all black men,” he said.
“This little girl certainly has been victimized, and she can’t help the way she feels,” he said. “My exception is more with her parents and their accepting that kind of mentality and fostering those type of stereotypes.”
The Grays were not in court as Stevens denounced their statements and granted probation to Wallace, whom he said deserved the opportunity to redeem himself.

So, the armed robber didn't get a prison sentence for his crime, only got a  probation because the little said she's now scared of all black people! Do you support the judge?

    5. I support the judge 110%. U av no idea what racism is doing to people abroad. .go to Europe n see.. A 3 year old with tgat kind of mentality was obviously poisoned by her parents. I think the judge was trying to teach the parents a lesson not necessarily the child's statement cos he'd feel the parents imposed her to say that. Racism is disgusting n should be curbed. Ok bye now.

    9. It's the parents fault ... The child ll surely grow to be a full flesh racist. it's the parents responsibility to bring their children up properly by curbing the racial mentality from their head. I used to go shoot Paintgun at my neighbour's house,he has 6 kids and they embrace black people so much. However, we should blame the parents...

    1. See your small pikin sense. You were expecting people to point out the judge's link to Yorubas (Olu Stevens), so you decided to launch a pointless attack on ibos? As if it is only ibos who'll notice the Yoruba linkage? What a twisted way of thinking.

      Desperate fool!

  5. I think he went too far.. but you won't blame him. Right now, there's a big discrimination between the whites and blacks in the U.S. You won't see the pain in racism, except you have experienced it before.

    1. Clearly the parents are racist looking for an opportunity to vent their frustrations against black people... Like white robbers do not exist smh judge reduced punishment to discourage that mentality #bigpicture#

  14. It was the judge's way of getting even in a society that has victimised him directly& indirectly...and as a judge I stand to reason with him that he definitely said more than that (any counsel with yearsof rigorous studying including Judge Judy knows facts are basis) the fact remains that a 3year old statement is manipulated/ coerced by her parents is a fact & a problem(thats how we breed negativity from d home..picture a 3year old normal/regular refer to an individual as black people definitely not coming from a 3year old. A normal 3year old without adult influences will not generalize period)...also it must be noted that media just cited what they wanted highlighted "propaganda"

  15. I support the judge 101% though what he did is not 2 offend the toddler but her parents 4 not rebuking her 2 desist frm it.

  16. You guys are just reasoning with your anuses. The victim impact statement was written by the parents of the 3 yr old victim who passed off their warped and racist view of blacks generally as that of the 3 yr old. The judge was addressing the parents, though not in the court, for their myopic view of generalization, To make it worse, they tried passing it off as that of the 3 yr old victim. I'm in total support of the judge. I live in the United States, and I know what is going on here. Racism exits here even though it no longer exits in the books. Many white guys, I used 'many', because there are so many good whites, don't give a damn about blacks no matter his/her status in the society. I used to think otherwise and easily did blame the blacks, but the few years that I have stayed in the country have opened my eyes to the racism that is so pervasive in the country. I have experienced it despite my stellar academic attainment. Hey, I'm not trying to excuse so many lazy and good for nothing blacks. By the way, there are equally a good number of lazy and good for nothing whites.

  17. nahhhhh you can't judge a 3 yr old based on that, the thing is I don't know what the law says should happen to armed robbers in the states anyway, maybe 3 years is not light

  18. The George got it all wrong. He put his emotion into the judgement. The little girl said her mind. He is supposed to judge based on the motives and the actions of the invaders. And for all of you who tribalism has eaten deep into your skull, i pity you.

  22. If the robbers were white? Will the little girl be scared of all white male? Including her dad !? The parents deserves the wrath of the judge ... Simple but the robbers deserves more sentence

  23. I do not support The judge Completely. I believe if u do The crime be Ready to do The time. But The judges expression to The parentz i fully support Bcos children are born not knowing black Or white but especially parents, The media and even teachers at school sow this seed of hate n prejudice in their heart. This is not unique to oyinbo o Bcos black or asian pple do it too. I remember one young white male of about 8 calling me an alien at my place of work Bcos i was able to establish to him that what e sees on tv about children Suffering in África is a big Lie Bcos áfrica is a rich continent and a lot of kids even live better than him. So in a nutshell, The judge was point on to give it to The parentz Bcos a 3 year old not yet in school child can only v his or her greatest influence from parents.

  24. the judge has my support 1000%. They were stoking the embers of wat d law frowns at in a courtroom so they should pay a price too. It's enough to know dat those white asses are full of condescence towards blacks. I'm sure if they had had a white judge to preside over the matter, they woulda gained his pity too. so congrats to d lucky ass black thief

  25. Good! If the parents weren't racists, they would have made efforts to discourage the little girl that not all black men were bad but no they thought that playing the 'she is now afraid of black men' card would get the robber a stiff sentence but their plan blew up in their faces.

  27. The judge is a fool because it is racism that is justified by crime on a minor. If a black man kills a white child, do you think the parents will not develop hatred toward black people? I hope the foolish judge is not of Yoruba origin with the first name - Olu?
