A customer complains to amazon, the resulting conversation is awesome

A customer ordered a book from Amazon and it didn’t arrive through the post, so he contacted customer service to complain. He was connected to Amazon online chat and a customer service rep named Thor. The convo that ensues between them is awesome. Continue...

      I've made contact with Amazon customer service a number of times and they've never failed me. They are that good. They replace or refund without hassles. I believe this story.

    I bought some TV's which were delivered tto the wrong Addy. As long as Amazon cld get the right Addy, they reordered the TV's to the right addy before awaiting return of the wrong ones. And they were nice abt it to..

    I haven't watched Thor but one can still appreciate the role play..I also loved how it became serious and then at the end went back to role play...

This is cool i love the banter, but realize this the customer service rep had to 1st have a great sense of humour to begin with, that being said by the manner with which he solved the problem you can tell he's just a smart chap that knows what he's being paid for.......Alass our service reps here are not trained, they believe they are doing you a Favour to begin with and are always in a hurry to get to the next customer (abi them get quota of how many u must attend to a day???) ....thanks for that Linda realy appreciate this post.

  98. I most certainly belief this was a true Amazon chat. Amazon customer service is exceptional. I was once shipped a faulty headphone to Nigeria from Amazon. I chatted their customer care and reported it, not only did they refund in full the item price they also refunded international return shipping by DHL. They have given me discounts and free one day shipping. Amazon is simply Amazing...you should try them and see
