    3. And he (Tinubu) is the ultimate winner in this change zeitgeist. Tinubu should be the strongest politician of this era. He did what the combination of IBB and Obj can not even dream of doing.

    9. THOUGHTS
On this Thursday evening, two days after d presidential candidate of the APC was announced as winner of the presidential election, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari. I was washing d car and I heared my mother greet someone 'Say Baba' I smiled because my mother is a big fan of the general, she has told me a lot about you during your time as the military head of state alongside your counterpart Idiagbon, like she always said 'how I wish idiagbon was still alive'. Then the thought came to me, what is the meaning of Say Baba? Does my mother even understand the meaning? So I flashed to the great man Nelson Mandela, how he was popularly called Mandiba and I said to myself could the general be the Mandiba of Nigeria? Because past times the general contested in elections, I don't think I ever heard the word 'Say Baba'. So I thought to myself, under the platform (APC) the general had won this election, its filled with bright minds and personalities with creative ideas, could they have looked for a way to paint Buhari in Mandela's image to we Nigerian's with the growing frustration with the PDP so called ruling party?which I could say it worked.
Buhari is known for his pronounced fight against corrupt practices by those who witnessed his time as head of state and stories we the young ones have been told. Please general the corruption you talking immensely about has gone beyond public offices, we the youths in this country Nigeria have been fed with this viral disease that we see it has been legal,we don't even see it,we now live and raise our families with it,it is fraud commonly known by us youths as 'yahoo yahoo'. So I sit here pondering on how you are going to tackle that and fine tune the mindset of the present Nigerian youth. I know a lot is expected from this administration and I know that even the opponents will be waiting to see the so called magic they say we all think you are going to perform. I for one know that you have a difficult four years ahead of you, and I will like to ask Nigerians to be patient as they have done at the polls no matter the upsets encountered to make sure that our votes count. So please Mr President do not disappoint the youths because we have been praying and hoping for a moment that we are proud to say to anyone anywhere in the world that we are Nigerians and tender our passports at embassies without the fair of been refused a visa or even belittle ourselves to a state of even asking for asylum when we get to other countries because we believe there is nothing in this country for us. And please if there are those in your cabinet who are following this vision for their personal pocket, please don't let them lead you astray like it was done with the past government.
I pray that almighty God gives you good health and strong will to lead and move this nation to where the majority of this great nation want it to be.
      God Bless Nigeria.

  8. Yes o. He brought an end to the impunity that was PDP. Asiwaju is the Awo of our times. When late Chief Awolowo was busy drawing great plans for the development of his region (and country) his opponents (the likes of Azikiwe) were full of envy and petty jealousies. Today the difference is there for all to see.

  18. GOD'S GIFT TO WOMEN2 April 2015 at 12:26

That's the spirit bro. Learn to forgive and forget. That's what the ibos have failed to do after all these years. Granted, Buhari was particularly brutal to their icons as a military dictator but hey all that is in the past and should be left there. they refused to forgive and let go, hence the very poor showing GMB had in the east.

Away from politics. Are you a lady? Are you bored alone or in that relationship of yours? And you want to spice things up a little? Why not take that bold step and send a line of interest to akimseun2@gmail.com and lets discuss the prospects...

Two things are guaranteed tho: one is discretion and two is i dont need your money.

  31. This Election has confirmed a lot. Finally we now know who is the Real Son of Fela and its is not Seun Kuti. Am sure Fela's Spirit will be groaning where ever he is that his said preferred Son is nothing near Him and has finally put that to rest by aligning himself with Everything and People his Father stood against because of their Undemocratic Nature and programmes that are not meant for the masses who His Dad Stood for.
