Yeah, customer service in Nigeria is a case. I decided sometime ago put my head down to learn and introduce my skills as a customer service person which gave me the opportunity to discovery what I do today (Travel Consultant). Lack of understanding is a diseases, I believe is those employed morons that doesn't know what it takes to build a business are the ones destroying company names like that. CEO's should place a particular number for people who have complains to call and then follow it up to know if it's true... It might take weeks, months but I know who ever is acting like a brat will definitely show up with that same character. Companies should place their rules and regulations governing the members of staff and a copy being sign by an employee so when you fire them for acting like that it will look right. Nigeria is not organize with things like this that's why some people are working like they are being forced to do the job. you won't know the good you will do to your business when you give it time in this manner.
