The Hunger Cutting Truth!

Bisi was craving fried plantains and pepper sauce with fish. She could go for fufu and egusi, but that plantain and sauce, it had been a while. She licked her lips subconsciously “Put plantain for me” She told the food vendor “Plenty sauce oh. Two fish. No, three. Three fish.”

After lunch Bisi decided she did not want to go back to work with fish breath, so she bought 3 packs of Noreos to neutralize the smell. She felt incredibly full, but she preferred a cold drink to water, so she bought a bottle of Fanta, to wash down the Noreos. 

She struggled all day to tuck her tummy in while she worked, thinking about dinner. Should she even be having dinner? She rubbed her big tummy.

She had done all she could with exercise and dieting, but she liked food too much. These options would not work for her unless something stopped her from eating as much as she did. Her elder sister said it was possible. She would be seeing her tomorrow..

Bisi couldn’t finish her smoothie. Half way through her lunch, she realized she had slowed down quite a bit. It suddenly hit her that she was feeling very full.
