Photos: Gunmen attack Lagos State Commissioner for Transport, one person injured

Unidentified gunmen attacked Lagos State Commissioner for Transport, Kayode Opeifa's home at the Agege area of Lagos in the early hours of today March 28th. One person was injured.

The gunmen, believed to be political thugs, attacked other places in Agege this morning, including Agege Local Government building where council staff were holding a meeting ahead of today's election. Then they proceeded to the INEC office in Agege before they drove to Opeifa's home and shot at his building and the vehicles around his home. Thankfully, they didn't target human beings, just property, though one person was injured in the attack.

Right pic is a car that was shot at outside Opeifa's home. Centre is Opeifa's building shot at and right is the commissioner himself. (photo credit - PM News)

    1. Wow. Reading is quite fundamental. She clearly wrote that his building was shot at as was vehicles 'surrounding' his home. It could have been anybody's car.

  21. Guys, we are not fools, APC is just raising dust all around, y so many failed attempted assasinations, these are just election propaganda.

Even if PDP wants to perpetrate such evil won't they hire professionals???

    Guys please shine eyes

What they do now is to pay thugs, dress them in PDP vests and instruct them to go and cause confussioin to the populace. PDP may not be working as fast as Nigerians want but they are not murderers

    Vote wisely!!

    Rock says so......!
